RADA Buddy Take Care

Good work does not begin solely with goals or results, but with how people feel in their everyday working lives. A sense of comfort, understanding, and knowing that someone is there for you are all essential elements that help individuals move through workplace challenges with confidence and stability.
With this belief, RADA created the RADA Buddy Take Care initiative with the intention of fostering a supportive space within the team through natural and genuine relationships. This activity was not designed to control or evaluate performance, but to give employees the opportunity to have a “buddy” who listens, offers encouragement, and shares perspectives on working life together.
We believe that strong team relationships are not built through work structures alone, but through moments of conversation, laughter, and understanding beyond formal settings. Having someone who simply asks, “How was your day?” or who is willing to listen during demanding times can provide more emotional strength and confidence than we often realize.
RADA Buddy Take Care is therefore more than an internal activity—it reflects RADA’s approach to caring for its people alongside caring for the work itself. We believe that teams who feel safe, valued, and supported are able to collaborate sustainably and grow together over the long term.
Although this initiative may not deliver immediate results in numerical terms, it represents an investment in emotional well-being—one that continuously builds connection, trust, and a positive working environment. When people feel valued and cared for, the success of both the work and the organization follows naturally.
